Birch Lake Improvement District: BLID June 2, 2011 Quarterly Meeting minutes

Birch Lake is a 120 acre lake that is very clean and very shallow. There is a 2 mile walking path around the lake. Each season brings new wild life from nesting loons, eagles, migrating swans, deer, and turkeys.

The Birch Lake Improvement District (BLID) was formed by the White Bear Lake City Council in 2006. The BLID is a tax district with a public board that governs lake improvement projects.
